Background: Among the population of Mongolia, respiratory disease (RD) is one of the top 5 causes of population diseases, but the number of RD per 10,000 population is 1822.6, which is an increase of 283.9 compared to the average of the last 10 years and 1034.2 compared to the previous year. 39.0 percent of all infectious diseases were reported. Due to this, there is an increase in the demand for medicines for this disease, including the use of plant-based herbal medicines for the treatment of upper respiratory diseases, colds and sore throats reason to do so. Aim: Obtaining the form of a loose medicine for tonsillitis from the medicinal plant Trollius Asiaticus L., which grows in Mongolia. Materials and Methods: As the main raw material of the research work, the medicinal plant of Asia Jamiyanmyadag (Trollius Asiaticus L.) collected according to the technological procedure from the territory of the provinces of Tuv, Arkhangai and Khuvsgul between June 20 and July 10, 2023 was used. A 1:2 liquid extract was extracted from the raw material of the medicinal plant Trollius Asiaticus L. by an intensified version of ultrasonic maceration, and a thick extract was obtained by removing the organic solvent in a vacuum evaporator at a speed of 45 min/rev at 60ºC for 1 hour. The extracted thick extract was kept in a freeze-drying apparatus for 4 hours in advance, and the dry extract was dried for 20 hours. Sugar, corn syrup, a mold, a base cooking pot, and an electric heater were used to prepare the base of the medicine. Results: 137 g of the raw material of the medicinal plant Trollius Asiaticus L. was taken and 1000 ml of liquid extract was obtained by the intensive version of ultrasonic maceration in a ratio of 1:2. With the help of a vacuum evaporator, the organic solvent was removed and 330 ml of thick extract was obtained, kept in a freeze-drying apparatus for 4 hours, and dried for 20 hours to obtain 50 g of dry extract. After preparing 200 ml of sugar and corn syrup in the ratio of 70:30 and cooking it at 120°C for 20 minutes, it was determined that the base of the cake is white, and after pouring into the mold, it dries completely and becomes a solid structure. Conclusions: 1. It was determined that the amount of total flavonoids contained in the dry extract from the flowers of the medicinal plant Trollius Asiaticus L. was 1.09%±0.03, and the total polyphenolic compound was 4.52%±0.08. 2. It was determined that it is suitable to extract the base of the medicinal plant of Trollius Asiaticus L. by casting method according to the F3 model.
