Background: Due to the center of the tooth play an important role in beauty, beahavior, and health and clinical cases of permanent teeth not erupting for a long time after the loss of milk teeth have been recorded in recent years.23-year-old/ male client presented to the dental ofÏce for orthodontic treatment. On oral examination, the central incisors on the right side of the molars are missing from the tooth row and have not had previous extractions. Skin and mucous membranes are normal, without swelling or tumor. There is no tenderness on palpation of the scapula and transmutational fold. When examining the radiograph of the apical part of the question, the tooth was interrupted in a transverse direction due to the center. On the maxillofacial radiograph (OPG), the right central incisor was displaced transversely to the nasal septum and the lateral incisor was transversely displaced. CBCT of the area was performed to develop a treatment plan. As a result of the orthodontist’s diagnosis, the client was informed that the tooth could not be inserted into the tooth row with orthodontic treatment, so extraction was indicated. According to the information provided, the client agreed to have his teeth extracted. Also, together with the therapist, he identified the teeth that needed treatment before the surgery and made the oral cavity healthy. So, under local anesthesia, the tooth was surgically removed from the center of the nose without damaging the bottom of the nose. Conclusion: Because malpositioned impacted teeth are difÏcult to treat and patients often present with chronic pain, treatment plans require a multidisciplinary team.
