Background: The smile is one of the most essential human facial expressions that enhance the reward value of an attractive face. Smile parameters are an aesthetic assessment that determines the relationship between the hard and soft tissues of the face. Orthodontic patients have been described as more concerned about facial aesthetics, especially smile aesthetics. There are few studies in our country that study the parameters of the smile of people with malocclusion, and by studying some of the parameters of the smile of people with malocclusion, it is important to contribute to the diagnosis, treatment plan, and treatment results of other department of science, as well as evidence-based basic research. Aim: Studying some parameters of smile of Mongolians with Angle class II and III malocclusion. Materials and Methods: A descriptive research method was used to analyze the examination cards of the participants in the Mon Time Line project. The subjects were divided according to Angle’s classification I, II, and III. Demographic data, molar occlusion, smile arch, smile type, buccal corridor, and dental appearance at rest were used from the examination card. Results: A total of 212 people aged 20-34 years old had 74.5% of the study participants with Angle’s II, and 25.5% with Angle’s III. In the study of the smile parameters of people with malocclusion, the smile arc consonant (75%) and the average of the smile type were found to be relatively dominant for malocclusion (49.06%). Very little loss of smile symmetry (20.75%) was detected. Absence of buccal corridors was relatively common (67.92%), but buccal corridors were seen in subjects with Angle Class III (44.44%). At rest, the absence of visible maxillary incisor was found to be predominant (96.70%). Conclusion: Smile parameter in Angle’s II, and III malocclusions was similar to attractive smile parameter. In Angle’s class II malocclusion, the very high of the smile type is more pronounced. In Angle’s class III malocclusion, a straight smile arch, a small smile type, the appearance of the buccal corridor, and the invisibility of the maxillary incisor at rest are defined.
