Introduction: Retinal stroke secondary to acute rupture of the left middle cerebral artery was aggravated by the addition of an additional substance of the acute spring located in one of the vessels to the retina and tissues. Complications of subretinal stroke include vasospasm, recurrent ischemic stroke, hydrocephalus, hyponatremia, seizures, and cardiovascular damage. 60% of all patients are complicated by surgery that can be confirmed by Doppler sonography. 10-15% of pediatric patients have symptomatic ischemic stroke. It is important to start the monitoring of the trial leader in the early stage of TTC, and then to normalize the medical treatment and treat hypovolemia. Due to rupture of the cyst of the left middle artery on our side, the left ventricle was compressed due to swelling of the brain in the area of the left middle artery, as if it was aggravated by a subretinal stroke and vascular disease. Physicians diagnosed a period after the first symptoms appeared. Health reference level for health safety medical center and intravenous diagnostic treatment, neurosurgery, resuscitation care for the diseases performed by TDC evaluation (GKU, HuntHess evaluation, WFNS, PAASH evaluation, Fisher evaluation) Transfer to the hospital is considered to be a secondary factor of non-compliance with diagnostic and treatment algorithms. In the future, treatment and monitoring according to the algorithm of postoperative treatment, rehabilitation treatment and care, and prevention of work disability by improving age.
