Background: The clinical assessment is necessary for the reduction of COVID-19 death. Objective: To determine of the criteria of serverrity for the COVID-19 Materials and methods: We were descriptively studied 150 patients who were treated in NCCD during 11 November 11-2020 to July 1-2021. Data analysis was done by SPSS 25 software. Results: In sever cases of COVID-19 was determined the following parameters, which were confirmed statistically that the main risk of severity of this disease: obesity or in women the BMI > 30.6 kg /m2 (RR = 4.8; p <0.001), the age in men 63<, in women 59< years old (RR = 3.4; p <0.001), occurrence of diarrhea in women (RR = 2.7; p <0.005), heart rate> 87 beats per minute (RR = 2.7; p <0.005), eosinophil in men <0.25, R < 0.15 (RR = 5; p <0.001), neutrophil > 70 in men, > 67.6 in women (RR = 4; p <0.001), neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio> 2.5 in men,> 4.36 in women (RR = 3.8; p <0.001), monocyte percentage <6.2 in men, <4.7 in women (RR = 3.1; p <0.001), and lymphocytes percentage <26.0 for men and <27 for women (RR = 2.7; p <0.001) respectively. Conclusions: If men above 63 and women above 59 years old, BMI is more than 30.6kg/m2 , heart rate> 87, neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio> 2.5 in men and > 4.36 in women, these are showed that the COVID-19 had a risk to be severe.
