Background: Education is changing rapidly around the world, and in modern times, access to higher education from anywhere is becoming more open, and all of the world’s leading schools are implementing e-learning. In our country, in 2020, due to “COVID-19”, educational activities were suddenly interrupted temporarily and all levels of educational institutions transferred their education to a fully virtual form. The direct transition to e-learning teaching methods, learning technologies, and student learning methods has been a time of considerable difÏculty. However, The International Cyber Education Center of Mongolia National Universitry Medical Sciences of has been implementing a full e-master’s program since 2015 and is currently operating with 8 professional programs. The “General Regulation for Master’s and Doctoral level Studies” approved by the Order No. A / 370 of the Minister of Education, Culture and Science on September 12, 2014 is being followed as the main legal document. Within this framework of the implementation of the regulation, some activities related to the quality of e-learning need to be improved by evaluating the e-learning program and organization, evaluating the knowledge and skills gained from the training program and providing quality assurance. Aim: A comparative study of master’s e-learning alumni research project writing and satisfaction with master’s e-learning Materials and Methods: The results of the survey on student satisfaction in 2019 (n-63), 2020 (n = 70) and 2021 (n=66) were analyzed. The participants’ knowledge and skills on research methodology, research project writing, and satisfaction with e-security were compared. Microsoft OfÏce Exel 2010 was used to process the survey data. Results: Comparing the results of three-year consecutive survey, the average gender ratio was 11.3% for men and 88.7% for women. Among participants 54.7 percent answered that e-learning is the best training, 59.2 percent answered that they have acquired good research methodology and knowledge, and the percentage of problems to develop research projects was high in 2019 and 2020, but decreased by half in 2021. The average percentage of all graduates who are interested in continuing their research is 88 percent. The average score of those who said they were satisfied with their online master’s degree was 98.8 percent. Conclusion: E-Master graduates are not only satisfied with their research degree, but also with a large percentage of graduates who are interested in further independent research. When compared to the three-year average of graduates, some indicators have improved in 2021, which is reflected in the results of previously taken measures to strengthen the curriculum. In the future, we conclude that the gradual implementation of some research activities aimed to strengthen currently moderately rated indicators will have the advantage of affecting the overall quality of education of future graduates.
