Background: For our country, 7486 as 6.9% vaginitis cases occurred within 10,000 people and 3683 as 26.3% cervical inflammation cases occurred by 2018. The average age of menopausal women in developing countries ranges 51.5, Mongolia has 49.26. In 2021, Mongolian women average life expectancy 75.78 years, which means that women spend more than a third of their lives about 26 years in menopausal age. During menopause, due to lack of the estrogen hormones, extracting the glycogen contained in the vaginal epithelial cells for the purpose of creating milk acid, metabolic of the normal vaginal microbiallactobacilli which regulates the vaginal acidic imbalance its numbers will be dropped and vaginal acidification decreased to become vulnerable to infections and becoming colonization of types of bacteria. Thus one should know the sensitivity and specificity of Nugent score in comparison to the analyzer system. Aim: We aim to make comparative research on testing types for women’ disease Materials and Methods: We used a cross-sectional study design. Results: We designed to find out the diagnostic value of Nugent score by comparing it with the GMD-S600 analyzer for the diagnosis of vaginosis. In our study participant’s average age was 49.3. Evaluating the uterus secretion from participants in the research by Nugent sore, 34% (n=16) of them had bacterial vaginosis, 48.9% (n=23) was uncertain or they needed to be tested again, 17% (n=8) was normal. But evaluating their test of uterus secretion by GMD-S600 automat analyzer, 23, 4% (n=11) had vaginal candidiasis, 48.9% (n=23) had bacterial vaginosis, 1% (n=1) had trichomoniasis, 25,5% (n=12) had imbalance vaginal ecosystem Conclusion: Diagnosing vaginal secretion by GMD-S600 automat analyzer is better than diagnosing it by traditional method. Automat analyzer showed high specificity and high sensitivity as compared to Nugent’s score.
