Background: Globally, the population aged 60 and over is growing relatively fast. Traditional Medicine has long been known to improve physical strength and prolong life Judlen /by tibet/-Traditional anti-aging recipe and prescriptions are used for the longevity and vitality, in the ancient traditional medicine. These drugs mainly replenish the body’s nutrients, improve performance, improve disease resistance, treat fatigue, rejuvenate and prolong longevity. Therefore, we chose Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce. Aim: Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce, a fragrant plant that grows in Mongolia, improves physical strength, anti-aging, and studies its action. Materials and Methods: This research were conducted at the ISMM, MNUMS and Innovate and Engineering Laboratory of the Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital. The underground parts of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce were collected in Tuv, Bornuur and Bayan Chandmani province, Mongolia, in August 2017. We used healthy Wistar (SPF) rats were divided into six groups (n=8). Group I (control), group II-positive control (DHEA), group IIIpositive control (Tsinaspol ), group IV-model (CP), group V (decoction of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce) group VI (70% ethanol extraction of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce) Results: Compared with the blank group, the testicular weight of the CP model group was significantly lower. (p<0.05) Compared with the blank group, the sperm motility, concentration of the model group decreased (p<0.01, p<0.05). The content of serum testosterone also decreased significantly. (p<0.01) Conclusions: The CP-induced testicular injury model was successfully established. The water and ethanol extracts of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce) have protective effects on testicular damage and extracts are shoes anti-apoptotic effect. The water and ethanol extracts of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill) Druce) recovers testicular function by enhancing sperm motility, concentration and testosterone.
