Background: The development of nanotechnology Mongolia has been going on for more than 10 years, and there is currently no search on the biosynthesis of nanoparticles from plants common monetized in Mongolia which have high disinfection activity stability against disease-causing factors Aim: The main purposes of this study were considering the potential of the plant extract of Cacalia hastata (L.) for the biosynthesis of AgNPs and determination of spectrophotometer Materials and Methods: 1. Preparation of plant extracts: In our study, we used Cacalia hastata (L.) plants collected from Selenge aimag in July 2021. To extract the extract, we extracted 5g of Cacalia hastata (L.) extract by maceration method in 120 ml of distilled water for 30 minutes at 800C and extracted 100 ml of liquid extract. Store in refrigerator at 40C 2. Preparation of silver nanoparticles: 1mM, 2mM, 3mM, 4mM, 5MM silver nitrate with different concentrations was prepared. 180 ml of each prepared silver nitrate was taken and 20 ml of plant extract was added. After at 600C for 24 min using a heated magnetic mixer to obtain silver nanoparticles with 5 different concentrations 3. To determine the size, absorption, crystal structure, morphological structure, and element composition of the prepared silver nanoparticles by instrumental analysis. Results: During the deionization of the silver nanoparticles, the color of the sample changed from straw yellow to graygreen. Samples prepared using a 1mm-5mm AgNO3 solution, plant aqueous extract, and a solution of AgNO3 with a spectrophotometer measured the absorbance, and the highest absorbance of the silver nanoparticles was 454nm. The average size is 129.93 nm. The elemental composition of the synthesized silver nanoparticle was assessed using EDX spectroscopy. The silver element in AgNP had the highest content of 99.8%, other elements included silicon 0.2%. The XRD pattern of the nanoparticles was analyzed with an XRD instrument and Bragg refection of the 2θ peaks was observed at 38.15°, 44.3° бa 64.55°and corresponded to (111), (200), (220), plane lattice. Conclusion 1. For the preparation of silver nanoparticles, a 2 mM solution of silver nitrate and plant extracts were mixed in a 9: 1 (V / V) ratio. It has been determined that it is suitable to purify for 15 minutes at 5000 rpm. 2. In determining the formation, crystal structure and composition of the obtained silver nanoparticles, the light absorption of silver nanoparticles prepared using an extract of Thymus gobicus (Czern.) with a concentration of 2 mM AgNO3 indicates the formation of the most sensitive and purest nanoparticles.
