Materials and Methods: Hermeneutic methods for translating, interpreting, summarizing and comparing scoure commentariea from Tibetan to Mongolian the concept expressed by the auther is a way that incorporates a wide range of textual analysis. Results: Theanalysis made using the “Secret Quintessential Instructions on the Eight Branches of the Ambrosia Essence Tantra” and “Explanatory Tantra” is mainly focused on the classification of disorder based on gender; male and female and additional information was found in the commentary books “AltanKhadmal” and “Commentaries of the Four Tantras”. “Explanatory Tantra” from the “Four Tantras” reveals that general disorders are classified on the basis of principle energies, principal dominance, location, and type. Classification based on gender is connected to the principal dormancy type, therefore, making it relevant to the 25 affecting factors to define singular, and combined disorders by considering wind, bile, and phlegm elements and eventually classify them into hot and cold disorders. Traditional Mongolian Medicine classifies disorders as singular, 2 elements combined, and 3 elements combined due to the accumulated, increased, and decreased states of the 3 elements, totaling 101 versions of the disorder. In addition, increased, decreased, and disturbed states of 3 principle energies make up a total of 682.870.50 disorders. “AltanKhadmal” commentary book shows that classification on the basis of principal dominance is related to the states of 3 principle elements, 7 bodily constituents, and 3 waste products and their statuses, andthe number of categories that are multiplied and quantified is different from other explanatory books. Conclusion: Traditional Mongolian Medicine classifies disorders on the basis of 3 principle energies, principal dominance, the location, and the type and focuses more on the principal dominance category and states of the 3 principal elements and multiplied by 25 affecting factors and calculated very precisely.
