Premature ejaculation /PE/ occurs most commonly among sexually active males. This condition affects self –esteem, sexual life and life quality of those males. By evaluating the individual’s physical features, there would be a chance to choose right investigational and management method. We aimed to take anthropometric measurements from males with premature ejaculation and relatively healthy male individuals and to study in relation with some of risk factors. In the current study, 22 males with suspected premature ejaculation, aged between 21-48 years and 29 males who are relatively healthy were included and Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool/PEDT questionnaire was taken. Moreover, total of 38 anthropometric measurements were taken from these participants. Then, data from history and laboratory test results were evaluated and compared. In comparison between study and control groups by anthropometric measurements, although in group with PE, the anthropometric measurement was 78.9% which is higher than control group, there was not statistically significant difference. Fitness training, having regular sexual partners, diabetes mellitus were likely to be significantly different in the study group compared to the control group. Ş
