Abstract

Background: An important quality of wound regeneration is the complex composition of cells, which can be a preliminary criterion for assessing the healing process. In this process, mast cells play an important role, regulating not only the vascular response of the injured area, but also the immune, protective, and regenerative processes in the wound. Our goal is to study the histamine and structural features of the wound depending on the time of wound formation. Aim: The aim of the study was to study the characteristics of mast cells depending on the time of their formation. Materials and Methods: The study was performed on mice of the C57BL/6J line with posterior skin lesions on the back of the neck after 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 hours. If the tissue contains a large amount of histamine, it becomes yellow, moderately green and slightly blue. The tissue structure loses its structure within 1-8 hours, the picture of necrosis becomes distinct, the vessels dilate and fill with blood, leukocytes migrate to the vascular wall, and then migrate to the foci of deformed tissue, the tissue gap gradually increases, the mast layer becomes transparent, and mast cells stained with a primary dye, there is a pattern of attenuation and a gradual decrease in the number of leukocytes. The reaction of orthophthalaldehyde is yellow after 1-2 hours, green after 3 hours, disappears after 4 hours, blue after 6 hours and no reaction at 8 hours.
