Background: The human auditory and balance organs are highly sophisticated, highly organized devices that combine the two functions of receiving and sensing sound waves and the body’s equilibrium sensory impulses. Aim: To determine the morphometric parameters of the internal auditory canal (IAC) in adult Mongolians. Materials and Methods: We conducted this study using a retrospective model of a descriptive research method based on the Department of Anatomy of the School of Bio-medicine, MNUMS and the Imaging Diagnostic Center of the First Central Hospital of Mongolia. Results: In the study, we identified a total of 41 males and females 18 years of age and older with morphometric parameters and shape of the internal auditory canal (IAC). In the auditory canal, the most common type of tunnel is 10 (52.6%) funnel-shaped, 5 (26.3%) buds, and the least or 4 (21.1%) female. The form was defined as the least or 2 (9.1%). Conclusions: 1. Sexual dimorphism is seen in the morphometric parameters of the IAC. 2. The bombs, funnels, and buds of the IAC are being identified.
