Abstract

Background: The majority of Mongolian population was vaccinated by Covishield and Verocell vaccines. In this study we investigated the level of Covid-19 post-vaccination antibody response with Covidshield and Verocell vaccines, respectively. Materials and methods: A total 178 participants were enrolled in this study, including both doses of vaccination with Covidshield and Verocell vaccine groups. We determined levels of three different antibody such as SRBD-IgG, neutralizing antibody and total anti spike protein immunoglobulins at 14 days, 28 days and 60 days after two dose of vaccination, respectively. Results: When the titers and time correlations of the three types of antibodies in the peripheral blood of the participants at 14, 28, and 60 days after vaccination were studied, no significant results were observed in the two study groups depending on the level of neutralizing antibodies. However, the results of immunoglobulin-G against the coronary protein receptor binding site and the titer level of total antibodies against the coronary protein were different over time. The age, sex, and type of vaccine of the participants did not affect the development of antibodies.
