Determination of GSTT1 gene deletion
Keywords:
GSTT1 gene, null genotype, glutathione S-transferaseAbstract
Human glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are a functionally diverse family of soluble enzymes of detoxification that use reduced glutathione (GSH) in conjugation and reduction reactions. GSTT1 null deletion of gene represent of result is a loss of enzymatic activity. And it is proceed from somatic mutation also it may effects to cancer. There have GSTM1, GSTT1 genotypes deletion risk factor of kidney, lung, prostate, breast, stomach, esophagus, large intense, small intense cancers so many published case control. In the present study, we report to include how Ulaanbaatar city population spreading of GSTT1 genetic deletion. We were unable effectively to assess such an association based upon such limited data available. In current study, we use random analysis in 100 people blood tissue in DNA genome, and GSTT1 gene deletion by PCR reactions. This study included a deletion of the GSTT1 gene, which was found in 40% of Mongolians living in Ulaanbaatar.
