In 2011, liver transplant treatment was introduced into clinical practice in Mongolia. Over the last decade, liver transplant methodology has become more sophisticated, especially in the area of partial liver transplants1. Therefore, in Mongolia, the study and identification of the variations in the branching of the middle hepatic artery is of great importance as a base knowledge for complete or partial liver resection, liver transplantation, occlusion of peritoneal cancer arteries, and prevention of complications. To determine the diameter and variations of the middle hepatic artery of an adult Mongolian. From April 2020 to July 2021, we performed a retrospective survey of 67 patients aged 18-59 years who underwent a contrast computed tomography scan of the abdominal at the First State Central Hospital.
