Abstract

The article presents the results of clinical trials conducted in 80 clinical cases based on many years of successful treatment of gynecological hyperplasia in women with the addition of saffron to the traditional Mongolian medicine Sugmel-7 recipe. Objectives: To compare the effects of Sugmel with Mastodinon in women with mammary gland hyperplasia. Materials and Methods: Participants were randomly selected and one-time clinical randomized controlled trials were performed. Mongolian medicine modified Sugmel-7, a traditional prescription, was administered to the clinical observation group twice daily with 5 g of warm water. In the comparison group, Mastodynon tablets were taken once daily for 6 weeks. Results: The benefits of the general treatment of the two groups of mammary hyperplasia were compared, and the results of the x2 examination revealed a significant difference between the two cases (p <0.05), indicating that the observation group was superior to the comparison group. Conclusion: The composition of the modified drug Sugmel-7 has a positive effect on female sex hormones and treats breast hyperplasia. The drug is not harmful to humans during treatment.
