Abstract

Background: Life expectancy in Mongolia has risen up to 70.49 in 2019 which means it has accumulated by 0.22% since 2018, Life expectancy among males has become 66.38 years and for females it has become 75.96. One of the most important problems of our community health is that we’ve been threatened by the preventative, detectable non transmitting diseases for the last 20 years specially the working class of the community. Materials and methods: Evidence based retrospective research method, “Health statistic research among the Population of Mongolia” (2009-2019) Results: As in the health statistics data between 2010-2019 One of the 5 main causes of the non-infectious diseases is respiratory diseases and among 10000 citizens there were 2099 people with respiratory disease 2. Digestive diseases are the 2nd leading cause in the sickness rate of the citizens. For the 10 years between 2010-2019 it was the 15.5% of whole diseases among the citizens. 3. Cardio vascular diseases are the 3rd main reason of the sickness rate among the citizens. For the 10 years between 2010-2019 it was the 12% of the whole diseases among the inhabitants. 4. STI is the 4th leading cause in the sickness rate among the citizens. For the 10 years between 2010-2019 it was the 11.1% of the whole diseases among the citizens. 5. Nervous system diseases are the 5th leading cause in the sickness rate among the citizens. For the 10 years between 2010-2019 it was the 6.1% of the whole diseases among the inhabitants. Among 10000 citizens there were 741 patients with nervous system diseases. Conclusion: The disease structure, disease transmitting status research that has continued for 10 years among the males in Ulaanbaatar shows that non transmitting disease has risen by 15-20%. Major reason of this status is almost 50% of the population is overweight, 1 out of 3 people has above average blood pressure, 1 out of 4 people lacks exercising in their daily routine, 1 out of every 2 male smokes, and 1 out of every 3 people has above average alcohol consumption. The sickness and death rate difference between both sexes shows that we need to take men’s healthcare more seriously and increase our attention towards the male healthcare support
