Abstract

purpose of this study was to summarize the methods of animal models of experimental osteoarthritis of the knee joint to provide an animal model suitable for various studies of yellow-water diseases in traditional medicine. Currently, there is no suitable animal model for all knee injury or osteoarthritis research, so the best animal model should be further researched and developed. We get acquainted with the characteristics of various animal models and choose the most suitable animal model for our research.
