Background: Some genes involved in the defense of the early invertebrate ancestors 400-600 million years ago are still playing a role in the innate and even adaptive immune reaction of mammals. Human autoimmune disease occur frequently (affecting >5% of the population world wide) and impose a significant burden of morbidity, and mortality on the human population. The present study evaluated the pharmacological effects of “Gentiana macrophylla pall” in experimental model of immunomodulatory effect and anti-inflammation activities result by interleukine-10. Materials and methods: The plant Gentiana macrophylla pall. Was collected during july 2018 from the forest region Galt sum, Khuvsgul aimag, Mongolian. Peritonitis induced by acetic acid. Sensitized by epicutaneusly applying 25 µl of a mixture of acetone and olive oil (4:1) containing 2% 4-ethoxymethylene-2-phenyloxazolone on the shaved abdomen and thorax skin.. Sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were prepared. 0.2 ml 10% SRBC immunized was lateral tail vien injection into each C57BL6 mice. Results: A significant increased (P<0.005) in the IL-10 was observed in the Gentiana macrophylla (GM) treated group (46,8 pg/ml) when compared with the control group (31.9 pg/ml) Table 1. Conclusion: The results of the study show that Gentiana macrophylla is inhibition of immune cell dependent cell damage and treatment of autoimmune disease and hypersensitivity reaction (based of Increased IL-10).
