Background: The number of neurological illnesses is increasing annually. It is very crucial to evaluate the measurements and vascularization of choroid plexus in relatively normal versus. Also it could be beneficial in imaging study and for neurological surgery. There is lack of study in terms of the morphometry and vascularization of choroid plexus also the incidence of the congenital abnormalities were increased recently. It was raised for the general background of the study. Purpose: We aimed to evaluate the measurement and vascularization of choroid plexus in adults. Material and method: The cross sectional methods were used in the study. The study was implemented in the hospital Grand-Med. We used the images of MRI were evaluated. Conclusions: 1. The mean diameter of the right carotid artery was 0.40±0.09cm when determining the diameter of the basal vessels in the adult brain. The choroid plexus of the lateral ventricle was composed of the branches of the middle cerebral arteries in adults. 2. Choroid plexus lenght on mean was 9.12±0.83cm in the lateral ventricles and tickness on mean was 0.63±0.18cm in the lateral ventricles.
