Background: The shape of the human face has always been an interesting topic for anthropologists, orthodontists, plastic surgeons, and orthognathic surgeons. The facial shape is dependent on many factors, including sex, skin color, origin, climate, economy and society, nutrition, and genetic factors. Purpose: Conduct an anthropometric study to determine the facial shape and index. Materials and methods: Based on the eligibility criteria, 100 relatively healthy people aged 18-35 years were selected and placed in a room with natural lighting. The study participants were seated in a straight and upright position, and their heads were placed parallel to the floor along the Frankfurt plane. All measurements were made using a digital caliper by a specially trained personnel. Results: The average facial morphological height was 124.55mm+7.89, and the facial morphological width was 127.06mm+10.07. The average value of the total facial index was 98.64+10.13. Hyperleptoprosophic (very long) faces were predominant among the participants.
