About 70% of the adult human population has this sort of lactose intolerance, which results in abdominal pain and other gastrointestinal consequences after eating dairy products. Participants were divided to A and B groups conducted by the randomizing sampling method and using 300ml milk for a lactase tolerance test. Group A had a lactase enzyme replacement therapy for one month, after one month both group had lactose tolerance test.Peripheral blood glucose were 5.45±0.478 mmol/l; 5.4±0.488 mmol/l respectively in A and B group before the enzyme replacement therapy. After the treatment, mean glucose in peripheral blood were 5.60±0.365 mmol in group A, 5.32±0,383 in group B. Peripheral blood glucose significantly increased (5.88±0.36mmol/l) in group A 2 hours after the treatment compared with before treatment (p=0.000). In a group B, peripheral blood glucose was 5.36±0,064 mmol/l 2 hours after the treatment, this was statistically significant compared with group A (p=0.000). Before enzyme replacement therapy, peripheral blood glucose decreased in 1-2 hours after lactose tolerance test. In group A, peripheral blood glucose increased in 1-2 hours after treatment, therefore treatment was effective.
