Presenting a correct order of care in a timely manner for high-risk patients in the ambulance is crucially important for the patient life and health. In this comparative study, we will compare the results of the two methods, following multiple questions such as how to implement them in our country, how to detect life-threatening emergencies in a timely manner, and how to organize more effective and efÏcient delivery of life-saving process. The descriptive survey model was used to identify the most common morbidities in the emergency department patients, and the demographic and emergency data sheets of 1,376 patients which were treated in the emergency department of the Second Central Hospital of Mongolia between January 2020 and April 2020 were studied. The most common diseases were classified according to the “Medical Emergency Ranking” as red 13(1.3%), yellow 157(11.4%), green 1189(86.41%), white 13(0.94%), but as for the early warning scores it was rated red 13(0.94%), yellow 43(3.13%), green 199(14.46%), and white 1121(81.47%). There is a discrepancy between the ranking of emergency care and the timing of the inability to properly address early warning scores.
