Introduction: The detection of acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChR-ab) and thymus changes in patients with MG has the advantage of improving prognosis by deciding a surgical treatment. Objective: To study association between serological findings and thymus changes in patients with MG. Materials and methods: We reviewed a total of 30 adult patients with MG who were diagnosed in a five-years period from 2015 to 2020. A total 14 patients had Serological findings and Computed tomography (CT). Results: 85.7% (n=12) patients were seropositive, 14.3% (n=2) patients were seronegative in a serological finding. By CT scans, 87.5% of patients with thymus changes were AChR-ab positive. Thymoma was found in 16.7% of all patients. Conclusions: AChR antibodies were positive in 85.7% of the patients where it was tested. 58% of patients with seropositive MG had thymus changes.
