There is a need to analyze the coordination of the assessment and quality of the lessons of classroom-based learning and e-learning in basic education. A demonstration training is a key to improving the quality of student research and all undergraduate and postgraduate education. We compared the process and the output of the e-learning course in Anatomy-1 for first-year students of the premedical. The survey has been retrospectively analyzed the grades (the grades of midterm in classroom-based and/or the e-learning, the mid-test, the final examination) of the first-year student of premedical course, the academic achievement and the quality of those grades, and student satisfaction survey on e-learning. The average grade point was significantly (p<0.001) higher in e-learning than classroom-based learning. Also, when comparing the grades of the midterm, the mid-test, the final examination of Anatomy-1 course, the academic achievement, and the quality of grades have been decreased after the mid-test, the final examination. The student satisfaction survey indicated that: 87.7% gave 4.5 points for e-learning practice and video lessons as clear; the combination of the video tutorials and the real-time lessons is more effective, with 88.8% giving a score of 4.5; 42% (248) of students use mobile phones and 49% (284) use laptops for e-learning.
