Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a rare cutaneous connective tissue tumor. DFSP is characterized by skin colored or reddish brown papules that gradually enlarge into nodule. Clinically it resembles other cutaneous soft tissue disorders, which requires meticulous physical, histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations. However, DFSP rarely spreads to distant organs, it has a high rate of local metastasis to the bones and muscles. Mohs surgery is widely used for the ideal treatment of DFSP. We are introducing the first diagnosed case of DFSP in dermatology practice which was successfully removed surgically. fi fi
