Keywords:
SARS-CoV-2, child, COVID-19 infection, Kawasaki like diseaseAbstract
Researchers were done a lot of surveys about COVID-19 and scientific assumptions and definitions are changing day by day. it’s been two years since humanity faced SARS-CoV-2. Scientists are planning to make safe and effective vaccines before 2022 pandemic waves. Therefore, the only way that prevent infection is by washing hands, social distance, and wearing a mask. By the end of 2020, several vaccines had become available for use in different parts of the world and over 150 were in preclinical trials. In the United States, the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine) and mRNA-1213 (Moderna COVID-19 vaccine) have been granted use for prevention of COVID-19. Vaccine licensure will only include children once the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine have been studied in them. Such studies are underway in older children and are planned for younger children. COVID-19 is generally less severe in children than adults, nevertheless, pandemic causes a large collateral damage to children because they are taken out of their normal social environment (kindergartens, schools, family members). We searched studies published in China, Korea, Italy, Iran and manually searched the references of select articles for COVID-1938-46.
