. Spatial cognitive map forms a consciously or unconsciously in the mind that involved in representation of spatial information related to an environment. So, how do represent spatial information in the mind? How do navigate our body in the environment? We reviewed, neural representation of spatial information, self–motion cues induced spatial representation, and neural mechanisms of encoding and retrieval of memory. Also, outlined the research study of our country in the field of neuroscience and the possibility of improving it in line with novel findings. Behavioral studies suggested that spatial information of environment dynamically represents in the ensemble neurons of the brain. We have the possibility to make progress in multiple productive community areas through the development of neuroscience.
