Background and Purpose: The history of the formation of the national nursing education system in Mongolia has been studied. In this context: 1. Review the impact of modern nursing on Mongolia; 2. To clarify the state of the health system in our country in the early twentieth century; 3. The goal is to study the history of the training of national nursing personnel. Research Materials and Methods: The study used historical and logical methods to analyze Mongolian historical sources and basic historical research works, as well as some archival documents. Results: The victory of the Mongolian People's Revolution in 1921 did not mean that Mongolians became acquainted with modern nursing and health care. Since the beginning of the 19th century, we have been acquainted with Europeans who have passed through our country and settled there. The development of the health sector has created a need for human resources. To ensure this, it is necessary training abroad, on the one hand, and to establish a national system for training nurses and medical professionals, on the other. Nursing courses, which have been operating in hospitals since 1924, were the beginning of modern health education in our country. Subsequently, in 1929, it became a permanent and independent school.
