Introduction: Gastric ulcer disease is a prevalent disease, it affecting around 10-15% of the general population worldwide, men are affected 3-4 times more than women, 70-80% occur between the ages of 25 and 40.A new medication was formulated consisting of 11 ingredients including white Goyo based on a traditional medicine formulation method to use in digestive diseases. Incidences of gastritis and gastric ulcers are increasing among the general public along with misuse of aspirin. There is a need for a drug with compound effect and it has been proven by research that traditional medicine is appropriate to use due to it is compound pharmacological effect, it is lack of negative effect on the body and it’s composition of multiple natural products. Taking into account the enormous potential of Mongolian medicinal flora, the aim of this study is to result the treatment activity of goyo used in mongolian traditional medicine for gastric ulcer. Methods: A total of 60rats were divided into 6 groups. SDF rats of male with body weight of 180-220 g were used for this study. They were purchased from the National University of inner Mongolia, HuH Hot, Inner Mongolia. They were accommodated to the atmosphere of the animal house (65± 5% humidity, 12 h lighting cycle and 22±10C temperature) for a whole week before the experiment and allowed free intake of water and standard rodent chow. Result: There was a very strong positive correlation (r = 0.879) between gastrin in standart drug and gastrin in GOYO-11 high dose treatment but middle negative correlation (r=-0.540) between prostoglandin in GOYO-11 low dose traetment and gastrin in GOYO-11 middle dose treatment. Strong positive correlation (r=0.615) between prostaglandin in GOYO11 middle dose treatment and gastrin in standart drug treatment. Conclusion: The study has shown that the use of GOYO-11 low, middle, high dose drugs and their concentration has effected gastrin and prostaglandin.
