There was also a significant improvement in elbow movement activity based on the Oxford elbow points, with pain scores decreasing from 45.4 to 91.1 and elbow activity scores increasing from 27.5 to 90.7. The socio-psychology scores improved from 37.5 to 94.6 (the best score is 100 and the worst score is 0), indicating a reduction in elbow pain and an improvement in movement activity. The cure rate was 75.5%, with 20% showing improvement and 4.5% experiencing a slower healing process. Conclusion: In cases of elbow joint lateral epicondylitis of elbow, traditional mongolian bone massage therapy has shown to be effective in reducing elbow pain, improving movement activity, and providing an effective treatment option in clinical practice.
