52-year-old man presented with dry cough and chest pain for month. On chest CT examination a multiple pulmonary round infiltrates with surrounding ground-glass opacity was observed, suggesting probability of the representing fungal infection. Some of them contain high attenuating fluid, which showed air-fluid level predominantly at upper lobes of both lungs. According to our result we sent patient to have bronchial washings. On the result we demonstrate the fungal aspergillus. Our case is rare. Furthermore, we should report and study the rare case for our treatment and diagnosis experience.
