Keywords:
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular angiography, diagnosis and treatmentAbstract
With the establishment of National Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Second State Central Hospital and Department of Angiography, a diagnosis and treatment using coronary angiography, renal or cerebrovascular angiography and pacemaker treatment were provided. We aimed to make the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diagnosis and treatment effective, risk-free, and accessible. Currently, 68 cases of coronary angiography, 6 cases of renal vascular angiography, 15 cases of coronary endovascular treatment, 10 cases of pacemaker treatment and 4 cases of cerebrovascular angiography have been performed. Further, treatment and care for acute myocardial infarction and chronic coronary occlusion, and introduction of FFR and IVUS instruments, which are essential technologies for coronary diagnosis and treatment, will have a positive impact on the quality of our healthcare and medical service. There is a need to diversify cerebrovascular angiography and introduce cerebral intravascular treatment in our hospital.
