Since medical practice has started using non-invasive method to ambulatory blood pressure, arterial hypertensive patients have open access to diagnosis and treatment. Blood pressure changes naturally many times a day. Due to the fluctuates, it’s important to determine difference day and night average systol diastol, and dipping of blood pressure. We made test among 71 patients with arterial hypertension patients, age between 23-90. 36 (50.7%) patients were non-dipper. 80.5% of them were age between 50-79. 47.4% of obesity patients were non-dipper. At the result 52 patients (73.2%), who tested transthoracic echocardiography, were left ventricular hypertrophy and out of that 48.1% were non-dipper. 36 (50.7%) patients were nondipper.
