Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the incidence of preand post-laboratory tests and drug side effects of the patients who are infected by Hepatitis B, to evaluate the performance of TDF. Material and method: One hundred twenty eighty CHB patients were treated with a 300-mg once-daily dose of TDF for more than 3 months. The patients were tested with biochemical analysis and fibrosis measurements by the Fibroscan (Echosens) device measurement for METAVIR was taken after 3 months (F0fibrosis, F1-mild fibrosis (˂7.1кРа) F2-moderate fibrosis (7.1-8.8кРа), F3-severe fibrosis (9.5-9.6кРа), F4 –cirrhosis (12.5-14.6 kPa)). A retrospective study of 542 patients using the medication, a side effect assessment using the Naranjo scale. Result: Evaluation of METAVIR showed that the degree of cirrhosis was decreased by 43% F4-F4, 33.8% F4-F3, 12.1% F4-F2, 8.6% F4-F1, and 2.6% F4-F0 among all patients in the survey. At the biochemical analysis was ASAT 71.7%, ALAT 59.5%, bilirubin 24.4%, ALP 46.2%, GGT 59.5% decreased. In 63% of cases with HBV 300 mg TDF treated patients observed probable and possible side effects no differences gender. Further use of the drug should be considered as more severe side effects of GI tracts, allergies, and urinary tract infections are present. Conclusion: In patients with chronic hepatitis B virus, the treatment of tenofovir disoproxilfumarate (TDF) is particularly effective.
