Estimation of protein activity in placenta specimens during both normal-term and post-term delivery

Introduction: Post-term pregnancy is one the major issues in obstetric practice, which can lead to birth complications and increase perinatal mortality and postpartum hemorrhage. One of the urgent obstetric problems in Mongolia is the management of early detection of 41-week -old pregnant women and the management of childbirth, which is why our work with scaring of placenta and morphometric parameters at extrauterine births, including protein activation, is extremely rare. Purpose: Determination of SHP2 and P-P38 protein activation in placenta specimens at higher and normal premature exposures. Materials and methods: Immunoblotting methods were widely used to determine the expression of any protein. Protein concentrations from placental tissue of normal-term and more post-term mothers were determined using an ELISA reader in BCA (Bicinchonic acid assay) test album. Diluted 2μl of the protein suspension and diluted with 23μl of PBS (Phosphate Buffer solution) and added 200μL of the BCA (Bicinchonic acid assay) working solution. Results: Asa result SHP2 protein synthesis was significantly increased in the control placenta or normal-term placenta sample of our study. Our result showed that SHP2 protein activity was low in plots 1 and 2 plots, whereas SHP2 protein activity was high in samples 3 and 4 plots. However, in the case group or during post-term delivery, SHP2 protein synthesis was high in the total placenta specimen. During normal-term and post-term delivery excess openings, the activation of phosphorylated p38 protein, a transcription factor for inflammation was not identified in the placenta specimen. Conclusion: At post-term delivery SHP2 protein synthesis was significantly higher in placenta specimens than in normal-term delivery open plots.
