Introduction: Dravet syndrome (autosomal dominant inheritance) is more common in infants, clinical manifestations starting at 1-year-old, with febrile seizures, then continue with other seizure forms, such as absence seizures, convulsive seizures, myoclonic seizure, and partial seizures. Thus, it is necessary to detect gene mutations based on the clinical manifestations and pathological effects of epilepsy patients with idiopathic etiology. Purpose: Clinical genealogical determination of the clinical features of the family with epilepsy, the cause of which is unknown in our country. Materials and methods: This study was performed as a one-off model of the analytical study. The questionnaire was filled out by four groups and 53 questionnaires containing general information about the respondents, life history, midwifery history, and child growth information. The study was performed using Pearson's chi-squared test and T-test of the SPSS v22 software. Results: The study involved 49 people from 6 families, with a mean age of 27.04 ± 5.58, 57% (n=28) of women and 43% (n=21) of men by gender. In heredity of people with unspecified epilepsy, 56% (n=10) were inherited from father (p>0.05). Also, the duration of clinical care is 4.8% (n=1) for 1 year, 16.8% (n=3) for 2-5 years, 33.4% (n=6) for 6-10 years, and 45% (n=10) for more than 10 years. 8). Pathological reflexes, changes in movement, sensory changes, and changes in higher nervous activity were not statistically significant, with a partial drop of 33.3% (n=6). Also, 61.1% (n=11) of people with unspecified epilepsy had behavioural changes. Conclusion: 1. According to the genealogy of families B, C, D and E, the clinical forms of epilepsy without causation are inherited by autosomal dominant 2. The clinical features of families with unspecified epilepsy have been identified with clinical genealogical methods or hereditary images, and it is necessary to detect gene mutations based on the clinical manifestations of the above patients, and this study needs to be further investigated.
