Background: In recent years, the incidence of cerebral palsy (CH) has increased, with increasing numbers of children with disabilities. There is therefore a need to provide better health, education and social services to children with stroke. In Mongolia, there is scarcity of studies comparing the rehabilitation benefits of cerebral palsy with age groups. A comparative study of the efÏcacy of rehabilitation therapy for stroke with age groups. Methods: The study was conducted retrospectively and the results were estimated. The study involved a total of 138 children under the age of 12 (68.7 ± 0.2) who were treated for 21 days with motion and functional electric shock (FES). The study participants were divided into 3 age groups (1-3 years old, 4-7 years old, and 8-12 years old), compared the parameters of trunk movement activity in each group with the GMFM-88 criteria before and after treatment, and calculated the results. Statistical processing was performed using STATA-12.0 software. The study included 63% of men and 37% of women, 1-3 children in Group I, 48 and 4-7 years in Group II, 52 and 8-12 years in Group III, 38 children. Compared to the preand post-treatment parameters, the three-group improvement in children's physical activity improved (p≤0.001). Compared between the groups, the mobility of the torso was significantly improved in younger children. The highest efÏcacy of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy (Chapter I) is that the earlier the child is treated, the better his functional capacity is. Further, it is necessary to investigate the frequency and duration of rehab care for children with CHD
