Background: Accidents and injuries are the focus of the National Health Center of any country in the world . Wounds and ulcers are common in cases of damage to the skin and mucous membranes, and recently, due to various unfavorable external factors such as viruses, bacteria, chemical toxins, physical, social, and biological factors, as well as lack of immunity, the healing of open skin wounds is slow. tends to happen. Aim: To determine the effect of Hippophae rhamnoides leaves on the pathological model of open wounds created in experimental animals Materials and Methods: Acute toxicity was determined by VP Prozorovsky (1978) methods and the open wound pathological model by D.T.Kaarthick (2021). and determined the effects of the RP. Results: LD 50 of the leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides according to the method of V. B. Prozorovsky (1978)=2. 31 (1.73.2) g/kg. This is acute malignancy according to the classification of I. V. Berezovskaya is low. In the study of the effect of HNP on an open wound pathology model, the wound area was reduced by 20%-67% on days 7, 14, and 21, and the amount of EGF was reduced by 18.6% on day 7 and 13.7% on day 21. According to histopathological analysis, on the 21st day of the experiment, compared to the control group, the treated group was completely covered with epithelium, the differentiation of the superficial layer was complete, and the formation of sebaceous glands and hair follicles began. There are no inflammatory cells . Conclusions: 1. Hippophae rhamnoides leaves have less acute toxicity and accelerate 2. The healing of open wounds.
