Abstract

Background: Risk recovery in the health sector of our hospital - Order No. 08 of 20181, Order No. 508 of 2017 of the Health Ministry2, Deputy Prime Minister’s Order No. 08 of 20173, Immediate organization of the latest information and response tools for potential disasters and serious public health sectors in accordance with the regulations, we are conducting a risk assessment and taking countermeasures. Some human anthrax diseases in our country were ofÏcially registered 8-10 times in 1964 and when the software was started, there were 20 deaths out of 323 cases. The fact that there is a lack of scientific research in practice has become the reason for conducting research that uses scarce research work. Aim: To assess the risk of anthrax in Mongolia, determine the level, and determine the harmful effects on society, animals, and human health. Materials and Methods: Anthrax morbidity and mortality in Mongolia from 1964 to 2023 were studied based on statistical records and reports, retrospective, descriptive research design, and mathematical modeling of risk assessment. Seed: Anthrax mortality risk of 10-4 degree or high-risk level, 7 provinces such as Bayankhongor, Uverkhangai, Selenge, Khuvsgul, Ulaanbaatar and Khentii create 33.3%. There were 21 deaths, which ranked 3rd in the 39th. zone: 103 (31.9%) morbidity, 7 (33.3%) of mortality, and 46 (14.2%) morbidity, 2 (9.5%) of mortality on the left side, respectively. Conclusions: 1. Improve the health of people working in Mongolia, improve health, improve bioterrorism, and provide health care services. 2. There is a high level of risk in the central and central regions. 3. The risk of death from human and natural causes is up to 10-3-10-2 people/year. In the course of professional activities, it is impossible to obtain such a risk. However, the operational risk of death/yearly death rate, or 10-2 persons, should not be exceeded.
