Background: Number of researchers emphasized /T.I.Alekseev, D.V. Bekov, V.P. Kaznachev, D. Nyamdorj, Y.I. Sbruev, M. Tuul, M. Erdene/ that children’s physical development is studied once in a every 5-10 years in accordance with the country’s socio-economic development and urban-rural situation, taking into account their life support, environmental factors, geography, nature, climate, customs of the native population, and the prevailing work and livelihood methods. Tuul M (2004) classified the main parameters of the children’s bodies, included in the study into nine age groups: body weight, body height, body mass index and pancreas size. Based on the results of these studies, we have noticed that there is a rarity of morphometric study on the structure and development of glandular organs in Mongolian children in our country. Aim: The study is aimed to determine pancreatic morphology of Mongolian children who are living in Ulaanbaatar. Materials and Methods: During between 2021-2023, total of 255 children aged 0-14 years were included in the study and we classified them into 0-30 days, 1-3 months, 4-6 months, 7-9 months, 10-12 months, 1-3 years old, 4-6 years old, 6-11 years old, 12-14 years old after the initial registration. Furthermore, after inclusion criteria, 144 cases of nine age groups were included in the study. Mathematical calculation of statistical analysis was performed using the statistical software “SPSS-25.0 for Windows” and “Microsoft OfÏce Word 2010”. Results: Comparison of children’s height and weight and body mass index are generally similar, but slight differences between 1-3 months, 7-9 months, and 1-3 age groups should be carefully studied in detail every 5 years in connection with children’s physical growth periods. When comparing children’s body mass index by age group, it was generally similar for age groups other than 10-12 months and 4-5 years. Conclusion: Body weight, height and body mass index of Mongolian children, weight and growth of their pancreas correspond to the general regularity of physical development. It was observed that the morphological parameters of the pancreas increase rapidly at 4-6 months, 10-12 months, 1-3 years, 4-5 years, and 6-11 years of age.
