Background: Elbow external grip tendonitis is a condition in which the humeral epicondyle tendon is damaged due to repetitive loading of wrist flexion and extension, causing pain in the external lateral musculotendinous area of the elbow, decreased hand strength, and difÏculty in performing purposeful actions (in M77.1 (ICD-10) is a disorder that belongs to the category of international diseases. In traditional medicine, qi disease is a disease caused by qi accumulation and the subtle characteristics of qi. The disease is referred to as stiffness like a tree, stiff shoulders, limping, bishaze, etc. in the literature. It has been increasing by 4.3-5.5% in the last year. Due to this disorder, surgical treatment is performed annually. However, according to the client’s interest, bariatric treatment has been widely used, with less side effects of non-surgery. Traditional Mongolian medical bariatric surgery with black alcohol is the best treatment experience created by the talent of the Mongolian people. Aim: To study the effect of traditional Mongolian massage treatment on hand dysfunction in elbow lateral epicondylitis. Materials and Methods: The research was based on the day treatment department of, ISMM Hospital, and the bone department of the International Hospital Committee of Inner Mongolia, including 60 patients using the method of randomized controlled clinical trial. . Using the Patient-Rated Tennis Elbow Evaluation (Patient-Rated Tennis Elbow Evaluation © MacDermid 2005 ) and the Oxford Elbow Score (© Isis Innovation Limited, 2008), hand grip strength was measured with a smart smart dynamometer (2022) to evaluate the treatment results. Results: In our study, 60 patients with traditional medical arthrosis with a diagnosis of extralateral tendinitis M77.1, average age was 49.5±8.5 years, and the ratio of male to female gender was 33:27. Traditional black alcohol bariatric surgery improved hand grip strength to 19.45±5.70 kg before treatment, 28.86±5.64 kg after treatment, and 31.58±4.93 kg after one month. The PRTEE score in the treatment group was 31.72±5.79 before treatment, 10.20±2.82 after treatment, and 8.08±2.66 after one month (best score 0, worst score 100). The Oxford Elbow score for normal elbow function was 27.71±9.24 before treatment, 86.24±4.38 after treatment, and 89.51±5.00 after one month (best score 100, worst score 0). Conclusions: 1. The average age of the research participants was 47.9±8.0 years, and 67% (20) of the right elbow tendon injuries occurred. 2. Traditional black alcohol Mongolian massage in patients with aspiration of elbow ligaments has a positive effect on socio-psychological status by increasing hand grip strength, reducing target functional disability, and supporting normal activities.
