Aim: The effects of Lung-18 (Lotsadgunsel) pills on lung fever. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using a randomized controlled trial research design. The control group was Sanao tablets by oral, and the treatment group was treated with Lung-18 pills. The overall effectiveness of Mongolian medicine syndrome was 88.1% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group. After treatment, the sum score of Mongolian clinical syndrome in both groups was significantly improved (P<0.05) compared to before treatment, and the comparison between groups showed that the degree of improvement in Mongolian clinical syndrome in the treatment group was significant. More than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group had better suppression of cough, sputum color and quality, throat itching, dry throat, sore throat, nasal congestion, nasal dryness, and fever (P<0.05). Thirst and turbidity also improved. There was no significant difference in nasal discharge between treatment and control groups (P>0.05). No significant side effects were observed in any group.
