Uterine leiomyoma is a hormone-dependent benign tumor, derived from one type of smooth muscle cells, and is more common in women of childbearing age but is rare before menstruation and in postmenopausal women. In this clinical case, the woman's first menstrual period was late, primary infertility, irregular sexual intercourse, and loss of menstrual cycles were risk factors for uterine leiomyoma. Therefore, the study was based on statistical data, medical history, and clinical data of patients admitted to the gynecological surgery department of the ICU.
